To meet its Management Responsibilities, EPTEC ensures that all personnel are clearly briefed, and that suitably qualified personnel are provided with adequate resources and training to implement and maintain the EPTEC Management System.

To verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the EPTEC Management System, the system is monitored, regularly audited and reviewed by management.
