EPTEC is committed to implementing maintaining and continually improving an OHS&R management system which applies best practice, complies with statutory requirements, eliminates unsafe practices, provides meaningful consultation with employees about the risks in the workplace and how to control them, actively promotes a positive health and safety culture, and provides for the best practical level of recovery with appropriate rehabilitation, and with the requirements of AS 4801: 2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

Quality, the environment, and occupational health safety & rehabilitation are the responsibility of every EPTEC employee, subcontractor, supplier and consultant.

To meet the EPTEC management responsibilities, we ensure that all personnel are clearly briefed and that suitably qualified personnel are provided with adequate resources and training to implement and maintain the EPTEC management system.

To verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the EPTEC management system, the system is monitored, regularly audited and reviewed by management.

The commitment to quality, the environment, and occupational health safety & rehabilitation by EPTEC is consistent with its aim of continually improving the effectiveness of the management systems, which is being achieved by training at all levels, monitoring and adopting appropriate technologies and optimising management capabilities and methods.
