| Project Details | |||||||
|
.The underground station caverns required water-proofing to prevent the ingress of ground water. Eptec pressure injected chemical waterproofing material to many areas in the station caverns and running tunnels. Eptec spray applied liquid membrane to approximately 25,000sqm to a dry film thickness of 3mm, spraying in allotments ranging from 500sqm to 2500sqm. A direct benefit of using a spray applied membrane was the freedom to work in and around other trades in limited windows, often being mobilised in more than one station. Eptec also pressure injected chemical waterproofing material to many areas in the station caverns and running tunnels. |
