Works included the removal and re-application of long life/wear non-skid surface to flight deck. In light of the oceanic environment, moisture and other water related environmental effects were an issue and thus attention was given to climatic control via encapsulation.
EPTEC proved itself capable of not only adhering to the most stringent of quality controls, as required by one the largest aircraft carriers in the world, but also capable to react to all environmental obstacles and still complete works on time. It is for this reason that EPTEC's services have been called upon continuously whenever works of this nature are required. Second aircraft carier flight deck repaired by EPTEC and the first time
that a flight deck has been refurbished at sea. |
