Description of works
The scope of works included cleaning and preparing the surface in readiness for protective coating application. A containment system was set to collect the water generated by the cleaning process. The protective coating system was applied by brush and roller with the application of multiple coats in order to achieve the required thickness.
Carefull planing was required due to the limited access to bring the equipment up to the structure which included carrying equipment and materials by hand.
EPTEC
made provision for compressed air from road level through to the roof
at level 34. Pedestrian flow management was also achieved by liaising
with the public, at road level.
All works were warranted. EPTEC provided the client a quality product
that is guaranteed to the client's expectations.
